Handling Time:
We take 1–2 days as handling time before shipping the products, and then we ship them between Monday–Friday, not including public holidays.

Change of Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@caseslv.com or call us at +1 443-300-1401.

Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, it will come with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5–8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
